its up 2 the driver i personly wear one and beleive they are well worth there $ value

depends on what class it is. if its a contact class no because it jerks the drivers neck back but in the non contact itz up to the drivers

and it got clips on the side of the has devi that strap on ya helmet and u cant get it fast enuff, i dont like them
unless u like walking around the pits wif your helmet on lol,
